Nasi Ayam

It wasn't easy to get my hubby in the kitchen whipping up a storm cos he always say that the kitchen at home was MY KITCHEN & he rather stay away from it then make a mess in it eventhough there was many a time I did ask for his help & yes you guessed it...he came up with one thousand & one excuses! So I was kinda surprised that he offered to cook lunch today.... chef Malik busy in the kitchen cutting this... and tasting that... to produce....voila! My Belated Birthday Lunch! Thank you hubby...
